The Background

Our client needed to develop their market share in the Dispensing Doctor sector, however they had no resource in this sector and required a fully managed service.

The Solution

Launch a dispensing scheme allowing orders to be placed with all main wholesalers. MastersConnect would provide telemarketing account management, supported by digital channels and an online portal. Our solution was a filly managed direct-to-practice rebating process.

The Service

We provided access to the Dispensing Masters database and e-permissions, developed a high impact telemarketing solution, and set up the online rebating systems to fully manage the practice sign ups, dispensed product logging, reporting, verification, and rebate distribution.

Results

The product is now market leader in its category, and dispensing out performs non-dispensing primary care sales. This solution also removed wholesaler MDS management fees.
